This policy covers information handled by Anchor Property Management LLC, which operates under the assumed business name Anchor NW Property Group and markets apartments under the brand Portland Apartment Living. We collect information you give us when you enquire about an apartment, book a tour, apply for a home, or contact us. Depending on what you are doing that may include your name, email address, telephone and mobile number, the property or unit you are interested in, and the details required to process a rental application.

We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange and confirm tours, process and follow up on applications, manage your tenancy, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We process personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected.
Text messaging and mobile information
Anchor NW Property Group may contact you by text message about an enquiry, tour, or application when you have given us your mobile number and agreed to be contacted that way. We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your enquiry and your tenancy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to provide the service you asked for or where the law requires it, for example with:
- service providers who work on our behalf, such as tenant screening providers, payment processors and software vendors, and only to the extent needed to do that work;
- a property owner whose home you have applied for or are renting;
- authorities, where we are legally obliged to do so.
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes, as stated above.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and to keep it accurate and current, and we depend on you to tell us when your details change so we can correct them.
